SA8000 Corporate Policy

A&G Multiservice s.r.l. has decided to implement a Social Responsibility Management System, in compliance with the SA 8000:2014 standard and all its requirements, by defining and implementing a social responsibility policy that considers the needs of customers, its workers, and all stakeholders.

The Management commits to:

1. not use or support the use of child labor;
2. not resort to or support the use of “forced and compulsory labor”;
3. ensure a safe and healthy working environment and establish effective measures to prevent potential accidents and health injuries to workers;
4. respect workers’ rights to form, join, or organize unions of their choice and to bargain collectively with the company;
5. not engage in or support any form of discrimination;
6. not use or support disciplinary practices such as corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse;
7. respect applicable national and local laws and agreements regarding working hours and public holidays;
8. pay employees according to the national collective labor agreement and any company-specific agreements, if applicable;
9. implement a management system that complies with the SA 8000 standard requirements.

The objectives and tools set by A&G Multiservice s.r.l. include:

• improving its image and reputation in the market, fully respecting the community by integrating social, environmental, and economic policies;
• achieving stakeholder satisfaction by activating a communication and dialogue system with all the company’s social interlocutors;
• meeting commitments and communicating them through the annual SA8000 Report and periodic reviews;
• maintaining clear communication with stakeholders;
• continuously involving, motivating, and developing the professionalism of all staff to achieve set goals through ongoing training, information, and awareness while ensuring the protection of workers’ rights, health, and safety;
• complying with national and international laws on worker protection, ILO conventions, principles of social responsibility by applying and disseminating ethical principles, and continuously improving working conditions for its employees by distributing social responsibility management system documentation in all workplaces so that it is accessible to employed personnel;
• selecting its suppliers to ensure they themselves respect ethical principles, as well as their suppliers and subcontractors.

Specific objectives will be defined annually by Management and shared with all employees. The Management is committed to communicating and ensuring understanding of this Policy at all organizational levels and periodically reviewing it to verify its continued adequacy (in case of legislative changes, modifications to the requirements of its code of conduct, or other company requirements).
