SA8000 Corporate Policy<\/h1>\r\n

A&G Multiservice s.r.l.<\/strong> has decided to implement a Social Responsibility Management System, in compliance with the SA 8000:2014 standard and all its requirements, by defining and implementing a social responsibility policy that considers the needs of customers, its workers, and all stakeholders.<\/p>\r\n

The Management commits to:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. not use or support the use of child labor;<\/li>\r\n
  2. not resort to or support the use of “forced and compulsory labor”;<\/li>\r\n
  3. ensure a safe and healthy working environment and establish effective measures to prevent potential accidents and health injuries to workers;<\/li>\r\n
  4. respect workers’ rights to form, join, or organize unions of their choice and to bargain collectively with the company;<\/li>\r\n
  5. not engage in or support any form of discrimination;<\/li>\r\n
  6. not use or support disciplinary practices such as corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse;<\/li>\r\n
  7. respect applicable national and local laws and agreements regarding working hours and public holidays;<\/li>\r\n
  8. pay employees according to the national collective labor agreement and any company-specific agreements, if applicable;<\/li>\r\n
  9. implement a management system that complies with the SA 8000 standard requirements.<\/li>\r\n <\/ol>\r\n
